Joe Salisbury has been investing in real estate since 1999. He has been a partner of DAI, Utah’s Foremost Land Developer, since 2004. He has focused his efforts on acquiring and developing both residential and commercial properties along the Wasatch Front. He is responsible for the sales and marketing of all DAI companies. Joe and his partners build one of Utah’s largest and most sought-after homebuilding companies, Candlelight Homes, which recently sold to the nation’s largest public homebuilders, Lennar.
DAI and Candlelight Homes have both experienced significant growth and financial success. Both companies have received numerous awards. Among these awards and honors is a five-year streak as one of the 100 Fastest Growing Companies in Utah by MountainWest Capital Network; Builder Magazine’s Top 200 Builders in the nation; and a No. 1027 rank in Inc.’s list of the 5000 Fastest-Growing Companies.
Joe is the founder of Parade Craze, a company focused on developing mobile apps and other state-of-the-art technology solutions for Parade of Homes events across the nation. Because of its attractive offering, the company currently dominates the space and is successfully securing multi-year exclusive agreements with its clients. Parade Craze is generating multiple streams of revenue including advertising, affiliate product sales, photography, enhanced upgrades, and more.
Joe and his wife recently purchased a canyon in southern Utah that has a outdoor recreation business associated with it. They have increased revenues 250% in under two years. You’ll learn more about this company during the presentation.
