About Shelli
For nearly three decades, Shelli Gardner has led Stampin’ Up! through both growth and challenges—and it has been an amazing adventure. The company currently operates in 10 countries with tens of thousands of demonstrators who help others enjoy creativity using the company’s wide range of quality papercrafting products. With its manufacturing facility in Kanab, Utah, corporate office and distribution center in Riverton, Utah, and its international offices, Stampin’ Up! employs over 500 individuals worldwide.
In March 2016, Shelli passed the torch to her daughter, Sara Douglass, appointing her as the company’s new CEO. Shelli remains actively involved in the leadership of the company via her role as Cofounder and Board Chair.
In addition to Stampin’ Up!, Shelli’s entrepreneurial spirit and desire to help others led to the creation of Brick Canvas, a beautiful facility located at Thanksgiving Point in Lehi, Utah. Brick Canvas houses unique studios that offer services designed to help people improve their health and well-being.
Shelli is an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. In 2015, she and her husband Sterling left family and friends in Utah to fulfill a 12-month service mission in Hawaii for the Church. The couple was happy to accomplish their lifelong goal of serving a mission together.
Shelli and Sterling have five daughters who now have families of their own, expanding the family to include sons-in-law and many grandchildren. And while Shelli has achieved great success in the business world, the roles of wife, mother, and grandmother are the ones she cherishes most.
