Natalie Monson is the CEO of Prepear and also runs the successful food blog Super Healthy Kids. Natalie is a registered dietitian and began her career working in the medical field with people suffering from chronic illness. She saw first-hand how nutrition and fitness can play a significant role in preventing disease and improve quality of life. Natalie started working on Super Healthy Kids 10 years ago and has continued to grow it while raising their 4 kids. She is dedicated to help create a healthy and empowered future generation.
Natalie and her husband Russ co-founded Prepear 4 years ago as a platform for food bloggers to sell subscriptions to their content including cookbooks, meal plans and ad-free recipes. Consumers use Prepear to connect all the parts of their cooking life in a single app. From discovering and organizing their recipes to grocery shopping and cooking, they can do it all with Prepear's uniquely built features. Now that Natalie has some life experience under her belt, her hobbies include, cooking and eating really good food, building relationships, being active outside, and not taking life too seriously! Lyle Beecher has been involved in the Architectural Design and Construction business for over 35 years. He has been a Principle Architect and Partner at his own Architectural firm for 20 years. Some of his notable projects over the past years include Hale Centre Theatre, Living Planet Aquarium, KSL TV, KUTV Studios, multiple Office Parks and Hospitality Projects. His involvement in the community would include service on the U of U Hospital Foundation Board serving as President, U of U Hospital Board of Directors, Sandy City Police Department Honorary Colonel and service on the Hale Centre Theatre Board.
Lyle is married to Lori and they have 3 daughters and 3 grandchildren.

Angela Dayton is a successful entrepreneur, investor, executive, speaker, and author. Her expertise includes executive leadership, technology development, strategic partnerships, project management, workforce development, and public speaking. At age 20, Angela graduated with a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology. She currently serves as the CEO & President for MedForums, Inc. and is the only female member of the SLC Angels. Angela’s expertise with developing, managing, and implementing education resource consolidation and data analytics technology platforms is now being applied in the healthcare industry via MedForums.
McKenzie and Colby Bauer co-founded Thread Wallets at the start of their marriage in 2015. They have two little girls (a four year-old and 1 and a half year-old). They enjoy traveling together and eating good food while they travel. They're on the search to find the world's best eggs benedict.

Colby graduated from BYU-Hawaii with a degree in Business Management and an emphasis in Entrepreneurship. He played soccer at BYU and is passionate about skateboarding and business.
