Scheduling Rooms:
Each calendar link is its own separate conference room. All rooms are labeled by number. 110, 102, 117, 113.
Add these calendars to your own google calendar via URL. Once added, you can check the availability of each conference room.
When you would like to schedule a room, look at the calendar that is assigned to the specific room to see if it is available, if it is, add yourself on the calendar and invite the Gmail address associated with the room you are trying to reserve as a guest to the meeting.
These are also listed below.
This email request/invite will automatically be sent to the front desk and myself for approval. Once the email is received and approved you will know because the time on the calendar will turn opaque rather than an outline. Again, when the room is approved the color will become opaque rather than just an outline of color.
This seems to be the simplest solution and we hope you will find it easy to use. Once you have all the calendars added to your google calendar, please MAKE SURE TO CHECK BEFORE you just go into a room. Even if it is empty, check before just using the room. You can check on the tablets outside of each room or via your computer etc. using the google calendar.

Key Card Access:
