Yanko Dzhukev just finished his internship at the Mountain Partnership Secretariat (MPS), as the first UVU intern at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the UN (FAO-UN) in Rome, Italy. He was able to contribute to the efforts of the MPS in promoting and mobilizing support for sustainable mountain development (SMD) globally and promote the UVU model of student engagement in advocating the sustainable mountain development (SMD) agenda globally. We at UIMF are grateful for his contribution to the mountain cause and his unconditional mountain passion.
