2024 UCUR Presentations
SURVEY - The Intermountain Digital Educational Research Consortium (IDERC) is conducting an assessment of the availability of resources supporting RECR at different institutions across the Intermountain West, and of how researchers from different types of institutions implement specific practices in their research and mentoring. This survey is open to faculty members, staff members who either conduct or administer research, and undergraduate and graduate students. Participation in this survey is entirely voluntary and we will not collect personally identifying information. The survey should take less than 15 minutes, and your answers will help us understand the current strengths and needs for research training in our region. Modeled after the National Conference on Undergraduate Research, UCUR is a celebration of academic, professional, and personal achievements from undergraduate research projects and creative endeavors.
Each year, the Utah Conference on Undergraduate Research allows student researchers from all over the state to come together and present their research.
Presentations are given to an interdisciplinary audience. Abstract topics can be anything from art to molecular biology. Presentation opportunities include poster displays, oral presentations, and creative performances. Students from all disciplines are encouraged to apply.
UCUR 2024 promises to be like no UCUR before. With the first ever kickoff party Thursday night with live entertainment, food trucks, swag and a variety of games and activities. You won't want to miss it!
Conference Day will have new presentation options, Keynote speakers in both the Arts and Sciences and a distinguished guest to get the day started.
