In order for us to best serve you, we require all areas to submit a project request form for all projects. The information you provide will allow us to better understand your project, ensure we align with goals of the University, and provide the tools you'll need to succeed.

Most marketing collateral requires collaboration with various entities on campus including the PR team, editors, graphic designers, photographers, videographers, web developers, brand managers, etc. In order to successfully create and design strategies and materials, project notice is required for ALL projects.

*Assets needed for advertising, events, or promotions may require 6-12 months' notice. Why? We need to ensure we can successfully promote all Student Affairs events.

You will receive a response within two business days of submitting your request.
Your marketing manager will schedule a meeting with you to discuss your project needs.
After the meeting with your marketing manager, a kick-off meeting will be scheduled
with you to discuss your request in detail.
Please note: Step 3 will not begin until Steps 1 and 2 have been completed in full.
Project work will begin. Please note that you will receive three edits to deliverables. If additional edits are needed, a new project delivery date may be assigned.
Project assets will be delivered in their requested form. You will be required to sign off on all delivered assets. Please note that all delivered assets must abide by UVU branding.
All purchases must be approved by your department chair, dean, or director. All purchases will be paid for using the department’s p-card, index or banner number, or through any payment form approved by UVU purchasing.
All SWAG items must be approved by UVU’s Trademarks and Licensing department ([email protected]) before being purchased.
University marketing can provide designs mockups for most SWAG items; however, your
area will need to use the approved trademark licensed vendor list to find vendors,
or submit your requisitions through UVU Marketplace.
