Your company must submit both the Lawn Signs and the H-sticks to Campus Connection for placement and removal. The Campus Connection staff will be installing the lawn signs at the previously agreed upon locations that were determined when scheduling your signage. |
Please do not bring lawn signs to Campus Connection more than one week before your allotted 2 weeks due to storage restrictions. Lawn signs can be retrieved from Campus Connection approximately 24 hours after your two week allotment has expired. These signs must be picked up within four days of your company being notified for retrieval, otherwise they will be disposed of due to storage restrictions. |

Third-party organizations can hang a maximum of 18 posters per organization with 3 third party signage allotments at each poster location at any given time. These posters can be no larger than an 11x17. |

If we do not hear otherwise we will assume the posters can be disposed of in a recycling bin. Please understand that these posters are HUNG AT YOUR OWN RISK! As we cannot control each and every person viewing your signage. Your signage may be taken down by students or community members without our knowledge. |

The size of the flyers/handbills that are being handed out is up to the organization, but may not be larger than 8x10. There is a limit of 500 handbills for each organization. |

Distribution of handbills outdoors does not require the rental of a table. Distribution of handbills indoors DOES REQUIRE the rental of a table through Event Services. Please fill out the Third-Party Signage Approval Form before bringing any of your signage to Campus Connection. If you wish to appeal a decision made about your signage, please make sure your Approval Form has been submitted before filling out the Appeals Form.
