You can help students who are the future of public health in our community.
Public Health Education majors have the opportunity to sit for the national Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) exam. The exam is taken during the last semester before graduation and costs approximately $250. Often students have to choose between taking the exam or paying their bills. Your donation can help sponsor a student so they can better prepare for the profession.
UVU believes that students learn by doing. Your donation can help fund engaged learning projects. Students may engage locally at UVU Capitol Reef Field Station where they provide health screenings and health education in rural Utah, or they may travel abroad to Ghana, Peru, or Cambodia participating in a variety of public health projects.
