As an institution of higher education, Utah Valley University is naturally suited to host a wide range of workshops and seminars that allow our students to engage in discussions and activities of particular interest.

Refunds, Policies, and Waivers

Refund Policy

  • If you cancel two or more business days prior to the course start date you are subject to a $10* processing fee, or you may opt to put the entire course fee in a 'credit account' to be used on another course at another time.
  • If you cancel with less than a two-day notice, a refund is not available.

*Courses over $100 are charged a 10% processing fee

Registration Policy

  • Payments must be made at the time of registration.
  • Registration must be prior to the start of class.
  • No payments can be made at the course location; teachers cannot accept payment for classes.
  • A minimum enrollment must be met for the course to carry.
  • Should classes be cancelled, all best attempts will be made to contact students 24-48  hours prior to the first class meeting. Refunds will be issued without a refund fee charged.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations may occur in the result of:
    • Insufficient enrollment
    • Extenuating circumstances
  • We will attempt to contact students at least one week before the course begins.
  • Please provide your phone number with registration.
  • Refunds will be processed automatically for courses cancelled by PCE.
