Cathy supports UVU and its faculty, staff, and administration on employment law issues. She advises on policies and procedures for discrimination, harassment, and affirmative action claims, whistleblower anti-retaliation claims, Title IX sexual harassment claims, and accommodations for individuals with disabilities claims. Cathy also assists in retention, tenure, and promotion processes.
