OSIC

The Open Source Intelligence Center trains students using real world scenarios to ethically utilize open source data in pursuit of crimes against citizens, states, and nations as well as research designed to better the safety and security of the United States.

Training

The OSIC provides customized training to law enforcement and private agencies throughout the nation on open-source investigative techniques. Also provided are free resources, tools, and a monthly publication providing insight into new cell phone applications, websites, and trends affecting criminal communications and activities. Our goal is to provide high quality training and resources needed by analysts and investigators no matter the budget or size of the agency.

Internships

As part of the OSIC program, students are assigned to one of the above listed partners to complete one academic year of internship work. During this time the student provides real time intelligence during active criminal investigations and provides training on the very techniques they learned in the program.
