More than 100 dancers from the Utah Valley University Ballroom Dance Company will be performing  in the Ragan Theatre on November 16 and 17.

 

The performance will feature a number of nationally ranked students, including Collin Williams, who is currently seeded number one in the American Style Smooth category.

 

“This is a fast paced, family-friendly ballroom dance concert. We will showcase our competitive Latin and Ballroom medleys for the first time since our successful return from Blackpool, England. We will showcase many new pieces as well as some returning pieces,” said Professor Chris Williams

 

The UVU Ballroom Dance Company is known for a distinctive blend of athleticism, traditional ballroom dance technique, and sparkling showmanship. The costumes and are colorful and will complement the innovative choreography.

Friday night 7:30 p.m. Saturday matinee 2 p.m. and Saturday night 7:30 p.m.
