

ATLANTA, Ga. (May 15, 2018) – IMG College Licensing today announced it has reached a multiyear agreement with Utah Valley University (UVU) to manage its domestic trademark licensing program through July 2028, effective immediately.
Through the partnership, UVU will gain access to the leading brand protection, brand management, and brand development services provided by IMG College Licensing. The university's partnership with IMG College Licensing will also allow its licensing program to align with best-in-class licensees, tap into key retailers, access exclusive retail intelligence, and participate in a range of retail marketing programs.
"Utah Valley University is one of the fastest growing, premier educational institutions in the country and boasts a rapidly rising Division I athletic program," said Brian White, IMG College Licensing's VP of New Business Development. "We look forward to partnering closely with UVU to maximize its brand presence in the state of Utah and beyond."
UVU joins other top college brands represented by IMG College Licensing, including the Western Athletic Conference and conference peer New Mexico State University.

IMG College Licensing currently represents the trademark licensing rights of nearly 200 colleges, universities, bowl games, athletic conferences, the NCAA, the College Football Playoff and other college sports properties.
