Congratulations to Dr. Stevie Munz, Associate Professor of Communication in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences for receiving the prestigious Feminist Teacher Mentor Award by the Organization for the Study of Communication, Language, and Gender (OSCLG). Dr. Munz was formally presented at the OSCLG's 47th Annual Conference, held October 17-20, 2024, in Excelsior Springs, Missouri.

The OSCLG Feminist Teacher Mentor Award celebrates educators who exemplify exceptional mentorship and embody feminist principles in their teaching practices. This accolade recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and empowering learning environment for their students.
