The Graduate Certificate in Artificial Intelligence provides fundamental and advanced skills in the principles, algorithms and technologies that enable AI and cybersecurity. Develop knowledge and skills in both AI and cybersecurity. Apply AI and Machine Learning principles and techniques to solve security problems. Apply security principles and practices to maintain operations in the presence of risks and threats.
Note: You do not need to apply for the Graduate Certificate in Artificial Intelligence if you have already been accepted and are registered for classes in another graduate program. Please contact [email protected] to indicate your desire to complete the certificate program.

Completion of all courses with a B- or better.
Overall average GPA for 18 hours of 3.0 or higher.
A maximum of 6 credit hours transferred from another institution may be used to satisfy graduate requirements. At least two-thirds of the courses applied to the graduate certificate must be taken at UVU.
