The Roots of Knowledge stained-glass panels are a panorama of history and human drama. These digital collections document their creation, as well as how they inspire UVU scholars, through photographs, interviews, and scholarly lectures.
This digital collection is comprised of photographs taken by staff of the Fulton Library's George Sutherland Archives of the creative process and painstaking work that went on at the Holdman Studios during the construction of these beautiful windows. There are also storyboard drawings by Trevor Petersen which outline the timeline, scenes, objects, and people to be portrayed in the glass windows.
This is a collection of interviews with people who have been instrumental in some way to the Roots of Knowledge stained glass windows project, including designers and artists, UVU administrators, UVU faculty and scholars.
This collection of recordings consists of presentations given by UVU scholars from a variety of disciplines, who were inspired by the "Roots of Knowledge" stained glass windows.
