Reflection Center

The Reflection Center is a place for meditation, prayer, reflection, or other forms of individual religious expression including opportunities for interfaith dialogue, interfaith education, and spiritual practice.

The Reflection Center is committed to providing meaningful activities that contribute to students’ physical, academic, social, and spiritual well-being whether you believe in a God, Gods, or no god.

Join us in the Reflection Center for pizza, popcorn, and a movie about faith and worldview belief. The movie will be followed by a guided discussion.

Share your spark with us! Bring a 3-minute song, story, poem, scripture, or idea that is important to you and share it with your UVU interfaith community. All are welcome to share or just listen in. Food will be provided.

The Meditation Room

Open during Student Life and Wellness Center hours. The meditation room is a space for students, faculty, and staff to meditate in silence. This room is technology free, with the exception of meditation apps and timers. Please use headphones.

The Prayer Room

The prayer room inside the Reflection Center at UVU, an open room with arm chairs, a sofa and floor cushions
Open during Student Life and Wellness Center hours. The prayer room space is open to all students, staff, and faculty for vocal prayer or group worship practices. This room is not available for scheduling reservations. Occasionally it is used in conjunction with the Convening Room for select events hosted by the Reflection Center or Interfaith Student Council.

The Convening Room

Available whenever a member of staff is present, which is usually from 9-5 on weekdays. Students, faculty, and staff may use this room for private study, contemplation, and for use of the Reflection Center library. The convening room may be reserved by appropriate campus groups through scheduling on 25live.
