What is UVU Dx Operations?

The objective of UVU's Dx Operations department is to support UVU Digital Transformation (Dx) efforts in efficiently delivering dependable services, reliably providing communication and status information on IT service issues, and fulfilling and active role in the support of IT services. Operations actively maintains IT facilities & Infrastructure in an effort to eliminate technology as a barrier to student success.

The Dx Operations team onboards, refines, and automates, where possible, the day-to-day routine tasks and support processes related to the operations of Dx components, applications and services.
