General Instructions

1. Click the button to open the contract in Adobe Sign.
2. Fill in the information requested. 
3. Click "Click to Sign" to input your signature and enter in "Participant" which is your Professor's info. 
4. You must have the faculty name and UVU email ( willy.wolverine@uvu.edu or 12345678@uvu.edu).
5. After you submit, you may be asked to verify your email to complete the contract, please do so.
6. After validating your email, your contract will be sent to your professor.
7. At the end of the term, Honors will contact the Professor on your behalf and ask them to finalize the contract and provide your grade. You will be CC'd.
