Through the generosity of donors, the Herbert Institute awards scholarships to students at Utah Valley University with an interest in pursuing a career in government and public service.
This scholarship is for students who can verify an internship offer and acceptance by a government agency, non-government organization, or congressional office in the Washington DC area. Funds from the scholarship can be used to assist students with housing, living expenses, tuition, and travel to and from Washington, DC. The scholarship amount vary's based on available funds each semester but is typically around $1,000 to $1,500.
