Students of the UVU Educational Talent Search and Upward Bound programs are exceptional low-income, first-gen high school students. These pre-college students attend various high schools from Provo/Orem to Vernal, Utah. Upon graduating from high school many choose to further their education at UVU and become eligible to apply for a half tuition scholarship during their freshman year of college. This scholarship will help TRiO pre-college alumni with tuition during their sophomore to senior years allowing them to obtain a college degree and become successful professionals who build our community.
