The UVU Entrepreneurship Institute empowers UVU students to start and grow their businesses through experiential opportunities like pitch competitions and internships, robust programming designed to inspire and empower, resources and mentorship, and integration with the broader entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Donations to the Entrepreneurship Institute provide us the ability to offer scholarships, early seed funding to our student and alumni entrepreneurs, impactful programming, and student support in regional competitions. By supporting the Entrepreneurship Institute, you're making an investment in the next generation of entrepreneurs.
Resources include the lecture series, seed funding, an entrepreneurial road map, one-on-one meetings with the Institute director, a network of professional entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial services to assist student entrepreneurs, an arrangement with ProLab Makerspace, a program focused specifically on helping women entrepreneurs get started and succeed, competition support, pitch practice sessions, workshops and other events, and a network of alumni. Our mentoring is arranged on a one-on-one basis by the director with community volunteers based on their individual needs.
