Credit ReimbursementStudents who complete Enterprise Risk Management & Insurance courses are eligible for reimbursement of up to $400, $800, or $1,650 per course! Additionally, completing a class with a B-or better may apply for a waiver from the institutions sponsoring the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriting Designation (CPCU). The CPCU is nine courses, and students are allowed a maximum of two waivers. |

The Minor in Risk Management will help prepare students for possible Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) credentials. It focuses on risk management and insurance foundations, enterprise risk management, business law for insurance, commercial property risk management, insurance, and commercial liability risk management and insurance. In addition, students will achieve further distinction by complementing their demonstrated expertise in insurance issues with a mastery of general management principles finance, operations, and leadership.
