Immerse yourself in the language and the culture of Japan from ancient to pop culture. They will improve their language skills with host families and local people, including local university students.
The program site is in Nagoya in central Japan. Nagoya has a rich history of shoguns such as Tokugawa Ieyasu, Oda Nobunaga, and Toyotomi Hideyoshi. It is also the birth place of such global companies as Toyota, Brother, Pilot Ink, and Noritake.
In Nagoya, students will visit old castles, Ghibli Park, museums, gardens, temples, shrines, old and new marketplaces, and a local festival.
