Biography

I was first employed by Utah Valley University in 1997. I began as an Adjunct Professor in Public Health. In 2008, I became a full time Professor for Public Health. In 2010, I became the Academic Advisor for the Public Health department and also maintained teaching as an adjunct professor. In 2018, I moved over to the College of Engineering and Technology as an Academic Advisor II. I continue to teach for the Department of Public Health as an adjunct professor.
I love working with our students here at UVU. I have three daughters, all of whom have graduated from UVU, and two sons-in-law that graduated from UVU as well.
It has been a wonderful experience. I have witnessed the growth of the University from a Community College, to a State College, and then to the Utah Valley University. It has been a wonderful addition to the community.
