I am a campus operations professional specializing in managing essential ID card and postal services for students, faculty, and staff at Utah Valley University (UVU). As the Manager of Campus Connection and the UVU Post Office, I focus on delivering efficient, accessible solutions that enhance campus life. From streamlining the ID card process to optimizing postal services, I am dedicated to ensuring our operations meet the needs of the UVU community.

In my recent role as President of the National Association of College and University Mail Services (NACUMS), I led initiatives to enhance membership communication, modernize outreach strategies, and create programs that connect and support professionals in college and university mail services. I’m passionate about operational excellence, driving collaborative solutions, and engaging communication strategies to support a user-friendly campus experience.
