Dr. Lisa Bell is Director of the UVU Writing Center, which also includes the Graduate Writing Center and Writing Fellows. Dr. Bell publishes regularly, with more than a dozen articles and book chapters in circulation. Her research interests and scholarship focus on online learning, support for multilingual writers, writing center program administration, tutor education, and AI literacy. She has taught writing at both Utah Valley University and Brigham Young University and is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA). Dr. Bell has served as President of the Rocky Mountain Writing Centers Association, serves on the board of the International Writing Centers Association, and is founding member of the Association for Writing Across the Curriculum.
