Faculty Member
Dr. Bhatt received his Ph.D. in Computational Science with a specialization in Applied and Computational Mathematics from Middle Tennessee State University in 2016. His research areas include Applied and Computational Mathematics, with specific interest in development, analysis, and implementation of the efficient and accurate higher-order time stepping schemes for a wide class of systems of nonlinear time-dependent partial differential equations. Before joining the Department of Mathematics at Utah Valley University, he worked for two years as an Assistant Professor of Mathematics and one year as a Mathematics Learning Specialist at Savannah State University. He also served as a faculty member of Mathematics at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, USA and Kathmandu University, Nepal for one year and seven years respectively. Dr. Bhatt had given several talks at conferences as an invited and a contributed speaker and published several research articles in highly ranked refereed journals.
