Dr. Mark Wathen

Biography

Dr. Wathen is an Associate Professor of Science Education and Chemistry and is the program director of the Robert Noyce Teaching Scholarship Program at UVU. Dr. Wathen provides programmatic oversight and coordination on the scholarship program. He works closely with all science education majors as an instructor the Science Methods course and assists in the placement and supervision of science student teachers/interns and in monitoring and tracking new teachers. Dr. Wathen also oversees participant tracking and coordination with the external evaluator.
