Dr. Kaicee Beal Postler is an Assistant Professor of Family Science at Utah Valley University. Dr. Postler earned her Doctorate in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She also holds a Master of Science Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Westminster College.

This award recognizes my service to the Stronger Families Project (SFP) as a member of the administrative team as a faculty consultant and my dedication to research with the project and undergraduate students.
My first-authored presentation titled "Efficacy of the Stronger Families Project_ A Pre- and Post-Program Analysis of the FLE Program Between Spring 2023 - Spring 2024" won the Outstanding Presentation Award at the Utah Council on Family Relations (UTCFR) conference on April 6, 2024.
My teaching has been recognized with an award from the University Flexible Learning Council. Specifically, I won 3rd Place for Best Delivery for an Online Course in Spring 2024. My FAMS 1500_ Life Span Development in the Family online course was recognized for exceptional course delivery.
