Dr. Carlin Clarke is an Adjunct Instructor specializing in Leadership and Crew Resource Management at Utah Valley University in Provo, Utah, USA. She is a graduate of the Human Capital Development PhD program at the University of Southern Mississippi, and Master of Commercial Aviation MCA program at Delta State University. Dr. Clarke draws upon industry experience in leadership development, Crew Resource Management, training & development, emotional intelligence, and above-the-wing operations as a flight attendant/Purser while working for legacy carrier, Delta Airlines, and NLCC, Breeze Airways.
