Biography

I've taught at UVU in the Woodbury School since 2013. For the eighteen years prior, I was a problem solver for teams and organizations, working as a strategy and management consultant in both the private and public sectors. Clients included Fortune 500 firms, and domestic and foreign government ministries. I continue to work with clients throughout the US on strategy, leadership and organizational effectiveness. I'm passionate about helping companies and individuals clarify their missions and then successfully execute against plan in order to thrive.

Former employers include Booz Allen Hamilton, Brigham Young University and the Defense Logistics Agency. My client list includes Accenture, Proctor & Gamble, SGS, the Might Five National Parks in Utah, etc.

I have a Masters of Science in Human Development from Virginia Tech University and a Masters and Bachelors from BYU's Marriott School of Management.
