Biography

Heidi embarked on her journey through higher education as an English literature pontificating undergraduate at BYU's Office of General Education, where she gleefully toiled for 3 fruitful years, absorbing the value of a well-rounded education all the while. Following her adventurous stint teaching English in China, she meandered back to the States, donning hats in manufacturing, nurse assisting, retail, and administrative assistant to the esteemed VP of Student Affairs office at UVU.

Venturing into the virtual realm, she coordinated the online TA/Tutoring Core Subjects center at BYU Continuing Education for a rewarding 4 years before returning to UVU as an Executive Education coordinator. In March 2023, she accepted the role of Assistant Director of the Women's Success Center over the Wee Care Center. Now she's an aspiring credentialed childcare administrator, and this role is perfect because she still loves the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, sympathizes with parental anxiety and joy, is fascinated and in awe of the world around her, and loves developing and inspiring her team.

Armed with an MBA, NCLCA Level 2 credentials, and nearly the coveted PMP certification, she brings her gamemaster experience to the table, all while embracing the joys of motherhood with two remarkable sidekicks and the coolest comic book artist life partner.
