P: Standard Technologies
We need to focus on optimizing our processes and providing the right tools for self-service.
Making standard technologies available through self-service is essential; so is creating
a simple, clear, and fast process for approving or disapproving exceptions. To achieve
this objective, we will first ensure our product and service catalogs are up to date.
Second, we will clearly define which technologies are standard and make them available
through self-service. Third, we will establish a process to effectively and promptly
handle exceptions.
