Austin Miller is the Co-Founder and CRO of IsoTalent, a “recruiting as a service” tech startup headquartered in Lehi’s Silicon Slopes.
A Utah native with deep ties to Utah’s business and the venture ecosystem, Miller is a prominent expert in executive consultation, strategic talent development, and guiding high-performance teams through an organization’s major growth phases.
According to Miller, the highlight of his work is helping to develop the careers of professionals who go on to become “the best in their fields.”
Miller earned his bachelor and master’s degrees in Philosophy and Leadership and is a candidate for his doctorate in Human Behavioral Psychology. He is a certified expert in behavioral analysis, executive coaching, conflict management, and micro-facial expressions — lending him as a unique and trusted advisor to colleagues, collaborators, and clients seeking to promote their team’s “positive and people-centric outcomes.”
Miller’s training and career have taken him from executive leadership within billion-dollar valued companies to operating investment partner and startup founder, placing over 1000 leadership roles for more than 200 clients across a variety of industries and life cycles. He endeavors to be an astute judge of an organization’s alchemy and configuration — working to energize teams, inspire leadership, and set the stage for extraordinary growth and innovation. He believes every employee, specialist, and executive has limitless potential; it need only be nourished.
Miller was born and raised in American Fork, Utah, where he currently lives with his wife and four children. He enjoys networking, debate, reading about new theories in psychology and philosophy, and — above all — spending time with his family.
