The Master of Arts in Constitutional Government, Civics, and Law at UVU prepares educators, professionals, and scholars to understand and teach the ideas and practices critical to the perpetuation of constitutional government, ordered liberty, and the rule of law.

The program equips students with an understanding of the American Founding, the development of the American constitutional system, and the civic virtues it requires. Graduates will strengthen their ability to read carefully, think critically, and engage in civil discourse through speech and writing.

You can be part of the 2025–2026 cohort for our Master of Arts in Constitutional Government, Civics & Law (MACGCL).
