What Are Student Alumni Ambassadors?

Student Alumni Ambassadors (SAAs) are current UVU students who work to connect students across campus to the mission of the Alumni Relations office. Our purpose is to create a “Forever Wolverines” attitude through events, programs, and information that enhance the student experience and prepare to become an engaged alum after graduation.

Do I Qualify to Apply for the Scholarship?

This is a $2,500 leadership scholarship opportunity that is funded over Fall and Spring semesters ($1,250/semester). Recipients are expected to serve as a Student Alumni Ambassador from August 15th to May 15th. To qualify, you must:

• Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
• Have at least 30 credit hours completed at UVU
• Maintain full-time student status (12+ credits/semester)
• Submit your application through Scholarship Universe with Letters of Recommendation
• Finalists will be invited for an interview
