Are UVU events being cancelled?
Yes, effective March 16 and continuing through May 1, all university-sponsored events, conferences, large gatherings, and on-campus events are cancelled. This includes all events at the UCCU Center. Commencement 2020 has been postponed. Please contact your appropriate administrator if you have questions.  

Can we still hold meetings?
Yes. Meetings necessary to perform critical administrative functions shall continue to be held, but we encourage the use of Microsoft Teams, other virtual alternatives, or small groups. 

Are private functions at UVU being cancelled?
Yes. 

Are athletic events cancelled?

Are clubs and student organization events cancelled?
Yes. 

Are Noorda or similar performances cancelled?

Is commencement cancelled?
UVU's 2020 commencement has been postponed. A new date will be announced soon. 

Which UVU campuses are involved with the cancellation of events?
All UVU campuses. 

How long will events stay cancelled?
All events are cancelled effective March 16 through May 1. The university will continue to monitor the situation and update this announcement with any changes.
