Choose a way that works best for you

Online

If you attended any time before 1985 the transcript will need to be requested by fax, mail, or in person.

  • If you have not previously ordered a transcript online, please read the instructions before logging in to myUVU to order your transcript.  
  • $5 fee for each transcript
  • Credit card payment is due at the time of the request. If the payment does not go through, the transcript request will not be complete and we will need you to choose one of the other options for requesting a transcript.

  • Transcripts will go to the address(es) provided. Please make sure that you provide the complete and accurate address(es)
  • $5.00 Fee for transcripts that are mailed
  • Overnight mail requests will incur an additional $15.50 fee

Fax

The Records Office FAX number is (801) 863-6529 Transcripts will not be mailed until payment is received. The form will be held for one week.

  • If requesting by FAX, students will need to contact the Cashier's (Bursar's) Office at (801) 863-7200 (to connect directly to a cashier choose #2) to pay the fee with a credit card
  • In most cases, transcripts will be sent within 24 hours
  • Please call 801-863-3171 to check to see if the request was received

Pickup

  • Request and pay for a transcript online at home or at UVU
  • Show photo identification at the Registration/Records window (around the corner from BA 113)
  • In most cases, transcripts can be provided within a few minutes

Monday, Thursday, Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Tuesday, Wednesday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
