WEALTH MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT JOB DESCRIPTION The Wealth Management Assistant will report to the Managing Partners and Client Service Director and will be exposed to a variety of aspects within the firm. This team member will assist the managing partners and directors in gathering and organizing client information and assist in any other needs and projects within the firm. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist in maintaining calendars and client appointments * Maintaining office space, supplies, etc. * Assist in client appreciation tasks and projects * Prepare reports for client appointments * Assist in research and financial planning tasks * Answer phone and greet clients * Perform other related duties and assignments, as delegated REQUIRED SKILLS AND EDUCATION * Proactive worker * Strong oral and written communication skills * Extreme attention to detail * Works well in a team environment * Ability to work independently * Ability to manage deadlines * Strong analytical skills * Proficient in Excel SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION * 8:00 am-12:00 pm, Daily, Monday-Friday * 20 Hours/Week * Starting $15/hour REQUIRED DISCLOSURE Securities and advisory services offered through LPL Financial, a registered investment advisor.
