The College of Humanities and Social Sciences encourages intentional, evidence-based practices in teaching and learning. Teaching and Learning Quick grants are intended to provide support for a broad range of initiatives related to the scholarship of teaching, teaching innovation, enhanced student learning, and assessment of learning outcomes. Applications that include multiple faculty members are encouraged.
The maximum award for faculty quick grants is $2,500. Requests for teaching and learning quick grants should be addressed to Steven Clark, Associate Dean, and include details about (a) the need, (b) what is being requested, and (c) what the outcome will be if a teaching and learning quick grant is awarded. There are no due dates for teaching and learning quick grants.
