The Policy Manual contains policies that have gone through the policy development process and have been approved by the UVU Board of Trustees. University policies are a part of a code of community behavior and cover key aspects of university life to protect and support students, staff, faculty, and university resources. UVU polices are designed to support university compliance with state and federal law, promote best practices in higher education, and guide UVU's administrative processes. UVU policies are vetted through a shared governance process in which all university community members have the opportunity to provide input into policy. Visit the Policy Process page for more information.
