To find your assigned advisor, log in to MyUVU. Select the “Students” tab, click “Registration & Academics,” and scroll down until you see the link, “Contact your academic advisor.”
All first-year students below 30 credits, as well as those who have not completed math and English requirements, should meet with their assigned counselor in the First Year Advising Center.

Students can contact a peer advisor when their assigned advisor is not available. Peer advisors are also available to provide in-depth help such as creating class schedules, navigating the registration system, and getting on wait lists.
