To complete your admissions application, we occasionally need additional information from you. Please review the information below to ensure an accurate and prompt application process.
To be considered official, high school transcripts need to be submitted in one of the following ways. In each of these instances, you can speak with your high school counseling office to send them to UVU.
Students who completed a GED or HiSET may submit a copy of your transcript/diploma to [email protected].
Homeschool students must submit a signed and notarized Affidavit of Completion of Homeschool form.
Students who completed their high school education outside the United States do not need to submit a translated transcript. Submit a copy of your transcript/diploma to [email protected].
College transcripts will be considered official if they have been issued within the last six months and are submitted in one of the following ways. Speak with your previous institution’s Registrar’s office to have transcripts sent.
Math and English placement may be required prior to math or English course registration but are not required for admission to UVU. Please note, ACT/SAT scores are required for scholarship purposes.

Please note that an Employment Authorization Document (EAD), in and of itself, does not confer any immigrant or non-immigrant status and does not provide the necessary evidence to demonstrate the ability to qualify for this tuition reclassification.
