The National Conference on Undergraduate Research (NCUR) is one opportunity for presenting original work. For the 2007 conference this year, UVU funded travel for 32 students to NCUR in San Rafael, California as a show of support to students who have had their presentations accepted by this prestigious conference. The Dominican University of California hosted the 21st NCUR, which brought together more than 2,000 of the best and brightest student researchers and faculty from around the United States. The conference draws students and faculty from over 400 colleges and universities each year. The purpose of NCUR is to:
