Utah Fire and Rescue Academy

Certification and Training Lookup System

The Utah Fire and Rescue Academy Lookup System helps chiefs, administrators, and firefighters view certification levels, training courses, department lists, and personal identification numbers (PID'S). The Lookup System will allow you to print an "unofficial" Certification or Training certificate that has been issued to a candidate. The Lookup System is separated into four different sections: Training, Certification, Department Lists, and PID Search. Only one system can be searched at a time.

If your search does not find the Certification(s), Training course(s), Department list(s), or PID Number(s) you expected:

  •  Make sure you entered the correct Social Security Number, UVU ID Number, or Certification Department Number. (To obtain your UFRA Certification Department number, call 801-863-7709.)
  •  Check spelling of the last name.
  •  For additional help, please contact 801-863-7709
