Immunization

Currently UVU does not maintain any immunization requirement for admission.


Immunizations offered at SHS:

• Hepatitis A
• Heptatitis B
• Diptheria/Tetanus and Pertussis booster
• TB testing
• Gardasil (HPV vaccine for women age 14-28)

Please contact SHS for current pricing, as this may change based on manufacturer's pricing.

All other immunization needs or requests are referred to the Utah County Health Department.
