Appeals

Citations must be appealed within 10 days of the issue date printed on the citation, otherwise the right to appeal is waived. Citations that have already been paid may NOT be appealed, only outstanding citations are eligible for appeal. To appeal a parking citation you may choose one of the following options:

• Complete the online Appeals Form
  
• Fill out a hand written appeal form found in the Parking Services office.
  
• Make an In-Person appeal on Tuesdays between 10 and 11 am or on Thursdays between 2 and 3 pm

**PLEASE NOTE: Allow 2 to 3 weeks for the appeal to process. While a citation is in the appeal process no late fines are added. If you have not received a decision within 3 weeks, feel free to contact us.
