"It is not enough to acquire "knowledge" and good grades," says Dr. Bruce Jackson, Director of the Center for the Advancement of Leadership (CAL).  "If you want to succeed, you need a firm understanding of what creates lasting success and excellence.  Students involved in the CAL will demonstrate their abilities to influence and serve others within their living quarters, on campus and within the community at large."

 The goal of the Center for the Advancement of Leadership (CAL) is to assist the student who is seeking a strong academic background, but also wanting to strengthen his/her leadership potential.  The  CAL will assist outstanding students to engage in building a leadership portfolio to prepare them for the tremendous demand of ethical leaders in every field and vocation.
